Orozco is driving BMC’s transformation from an old-school holding firm to a technology driven powerhouse. As digital transformation has become a necessity, her team brings a hands on approach to each company in our portfolio. Focusing on cloud technology, AI and cybersecurity they are changing the way heavy manufacturing, sales, management and consulting is done in the yachting world. Before joining BMC, Orozco was an EVP at TE Connectivity, and Microsoft’s Senior Director, Strategy, M&A, Integration.

Guillaume Moigneu

Chief Technology Officer

Guillaume Moigneu doesn’t just know tech—he has a marketer’s flair for promoting it too. He branded a strategy to create a more agile IT operation as the BMC Way of Working, or BMC-WoW. The approach encourages close collaboration between tech and business teams, standardization of systems, as well as prioritizing frequent code releases to meet customers’ needs. Moigneu promotes personal development as well as rapid software development, with tech staff expected to devote a tenth of their working week to upgrading their skills.

As BMC strives to float into the future, Scales is opening minds to what the legacy brand stands for, making the transition to still uncertain consumers and differentiating the brand in a marketplace that now includes younger competitors.

Raphael Tinot

Chief Revenue Officer

In his current position at BMC, Tinot is responsible for driving strategic planning, growth initiatives, digital transformation partnerships, and running BMC’s global growth initiatives. Tinot joined BMC in 1994. His first role was as a partner sales representative and, after holding several leadership positions, he was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer for BMC Global Group in 2004.

Gauthier Garnier

In his current position at BMC, Garnier is responsible for formalizing the company’s strategic-planning processes, and leading the development of the strategy, translating it for people across functions and business units, and drive organizational change forging new working relationships and synergies across the group, and establishing greater transparency and accountability for those people carrying out the company’s strategy.
